Finally after doing a comprehensive investigation on the items above, you are required to produce a brief proposal for the "X" city through diagrams, existing images, some images,some sketches and illustration. As an exercise the propose city is a small size city.The size of the proposed new city should be smaller than Subang Jaya (70km^2). Therefore the new propose city should be between 30-50km^2. The population is between 100,000-250,000. (The population of Subang Jaya is about 710,000).

The Green Approach
GREEN PRODUCT
The green standard ensures that product or service is environmental & user friendly by it's use & construction and comply with regulatory requirements applicable on product or service delivery, on its use. The delivered product or service, while in use, is able to establish that the assurance level is consistently maintained and the product or service is green.
GREEN SYSTEM
The green standard reflects that the material, technology and process, management policies, work practices etc. adopted by organization are in place, reviewed and managed by management with constant stakeholder dialogue, where applicable, with respect to it's adequacy on sustainable business. The system are based on ideas of attaining carbon neutrality, developing green product, climate change mitigation, safe & healthy work environment etc, enabling continual improvement of the organization targeting sustainability in business.

The green standard aims at recognizing efforts to optimize resources used in processes and sub-processes towards greener and user-friendly approach. This will not only ensure that the resources used in their system and practice are adequate to product or service provision but are also at optimal level so as the give them competitive edge in the market and renowned reputation.
