Effective Communication is a basic tool that is used the relaying and sharing of information and ideas and feelings between people.  Communication can be transmitted by the spoken, written, body or sign language. Morse code was a type of communication that was often used during wartimes.  In addition, technology is also a way the communication is carried out. The necessity for effective communique  is invaluable. Transmission must be correct and clear at all times for improper and distorted communication can often result in devastating consequences.   However, whatever the form of language that is used, it is crucial the communication be effective.

 

As part of the requirement of every subjects for this semester, I am to prepare a reflective essay for each and every one of the given assignment in class. At first glance, this subject seems very easy but very challenging to me because it involved a lot of verbal presentations. The subject Effective Public Communication was a very fun subject, and Mr Ridhwan was a very hyper lecturer. The lessons were not boring because he made it alive. I had so much fun in class and teamed up with my very fun and happening classmates.

I have improved my research skills, and writing skills to some extent, I hope to continue that trend. I am a very shy person to speak in a public place and most of the assignments involved presentation. I was so afraid of public speaking , and I really think that I didn’t do well for my presentations. I was so nervous and didn’t present well in class and it made me so sad.

 

Overall, I think that this year has been a great journey, I have learned a lot, including the fact that I still have a lot to learn, and I hope to continue improving my communication skills.
